Suitcase Carry
A suitcase carry loads one side of the body while you walk upright, training anti-lateral flexion of the core and grip without the complexity of a farmer carry setup.
A suitcase carry loads one side of the body while you walk upright, training anti-lateral flexion of the core and grip without the complexity of a farmer carry setup. Stand tall, ribs level, and take short controlled steps—do not lean into the weight.
Start with a kettlebell or dumbbell you can hold for thirty to sixty meters per side. Progress distance before load.
Useful between main lifts for low-soreness core work.
