Lysholm Knee Score
The Lysholm knee score is a zero-to-one-hundred patient questionnaire tracking pain, stability, and function during ACL and knee rehab.
The Lysholm knee score is a patient-reported questionnaire covering pain, instability, locking, swelling, stair climbing, squatting, and sport function—summed to zero through one hundred, higher is better. Clinicians use it to track ACL and meniscus recovery over months.
It complements strength and hop tests, not replaces them. Sudden score drops flag flare-ups worth PT review.
